GUARANTEED RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 30 days, depending on the bank and payment method used.
If you paid with a gift card or voucher (virtual or physical), the refund will be credited to the same card/voucher. At the time of the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, please contact our Customer Service. For more information, see the " Gift Card " section.
How to make a return request
Send your return request to our whatsapp number +393519245696 specifying the order number and indicating the product code (with size and color) that you want to return.
The return is at the customer's expense, it will then be sufficient to send the items to the address: Viale Guglielmo Marconi, 116-120, 00146 Rome.
Return conditions
The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately. All other labels of the item, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours after receiving the return authorization received via WhatsApp or email from our Customer Service (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will be valid). The return will be processed within 3-4 working days after the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, BlackOut reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.

Timeframes for making a return
To make a return, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Refund Information
Once we have received the items for which the return request has been made, at our logistics, we will verify that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications. We will then proceed to pay the amount paid for the purchase within 30 days of delivery of the same, carrying out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase phase.
Please note: Once you receive the refund confirmation email, the credit on your credit card will be visible within 24/48 hours.
If you purchased with Paypal, the refund will be immediately visible on your account.
